Mo Farah is a fucking legend? You bet he is. Fantastic night for team GB - so, so pleased for Tom Daley for medalling in such a tight competition.

Tomorrow night London will sign off until the Paralympics start. I think much of the population will be as bored as I will be. At least I won't be reduced to tears every time the national anthem plays though ...
